Resolution Health and Wellness Center provides compassionate mental health support and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in Halethorpe, Maryland. Licensed Therapist
As a Licensed Therapist at Resolution Health and Wellness Center, you will:
• Complete Bio-psychosocial Assessments on individuals, families, and groups • Provide provisional diagnoses and develop treatment plans • Offer individual, family, and group counseling services • Monitor treatment progress and follow up at disposition • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with all regulatory standards
Clinical Supervisor
Position Requirements: • Master’s degree in Social Work or another mental health discipline • Must be licensed as LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in Maryland for at least 18 months Responsibilities: • Provide clinical supervision and training for new clinical staff • Guide, monitor, and evaluate therapeutic services to ensure high quality and compliance with government mandates • Review treatment plans and monitor progress • Ensure timely and accurate clinical records and documentation • Provide clinical education and/or liaison services to community centers • Participate in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement meetings • Ensure adherence to confidentiality standards and upholding the Professional Code of Ethics • Perform other duties as assigned by Program Directors or Clinical Supervisors
Mobile Treatment Therapist
We are seeking Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LCPC, LGSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, LCADC) to provide counseling, mental health evaluations, and crisis interventions. Responsibilities: • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients • Develop treatment plans and monitor progress • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with regulations • Coordinate with community resources and conduct referrals • Attend interdisciplinary meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions • Ensure strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards • Perform other duties as required based on organizational needs and clinical needs
Addiction Counselors/Therapists
We are seeking experienced therapists to provide individual and group therapy, as well as family support, for clients with substance use challenges.
Responsibilities: • Complete Bio-psychosocial Assessments • Provide counseling and crisis intervention for individuals with substance use disorders • Advocate for clients' needs in community settings • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards • Participate in monthly treatment meetings and court proceedings • Provide in-service training to colleagues • Perform other duties as assigned
Board Certified Psychiatrist
We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric care and treatment, prescribe medications, and lead treatment for outpatient clients. Qualifications: • Possession of a license to practice medicine in Maryland or ability to obtain it • Minimum of 3 years of residency in Psychiatry
Responsibilities: • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and screenings • Manage psychiatric medication and coordinate overall care • Collaborate with primary care providers and refer patients as necessary • Participate in peer reviews, medical record reviews, and utilization reviews • Perform other duties as directed by the Program Director
